We believe in full transparency. Here are honest answers to the questions first-time international buyers always have.
We provide actual yard photographs and video of the specific unit — not stock photos. You will also receive a written condition report prepared by our inspection team. For high-value orders, third-party inspection can be arranged at your request.
Every unit is inspected and documented before loading. We provide clear photos of the machine at the point of shipment, including container loading. In the rare event of a discrepancy, we work directly with the buyer to find a resolution — our reputation is built on repeat business and referrals.
Absolutely. We are a registered company in Hong Kong and can provide our business registration certificate upon request. We are also happy to arrange a video call with our team, share references from past buyers in your region, and provide copies of previous Bills of Lading as proof of completed shipments.
This is standard practice in international machinery export. To protect both parties, we confirm payment before committing to freight booking, loading, and documentation — a process that involves significant costs. For established clients, extended terms can be discussed with our finance team.
We handle all export documentation from our side — Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, and any specific certificates required. For import clearance at your destination, we provide all necessary paperwork and can recommend clearing agents in your country where we have established relationships.
Transit times vary by destination. Typical estimates: West Africa 20–28 days, East Africa 18–25 days, Middle East 12–18 days, Caribbean 25–35 days, Europe 22–30 days. These are vessel transit times; add 5–10 days for documentation and port processing. We provide estimated arrival dates with every order.
We work with buyers of all sizes — from a single pickup truck to full fleet orders. Single-unit orders are welcome. For container efficiency, we can sometimes consolidate your unit with other cargo heading to your port to keep freight costs competitive. Our sales team will advise on the best shipping arrangement for your order size.
